50% refund for cancellations made 15-30 days in advance.
No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival.
The refund amount, as per the cancellation policy, will be processed and transferred within two business days.

We humbly take pride in providing authentic homestyle food, thoughtfully prepared to order. We kindly request our guests to place their orders in advance, as we source and prepare each meal with care upon your request.

House Rules
Parking
We have only two basement parking spaces available. If they are occupied, our homestay caretaker will assist you in parking safely on the street in front of the house.
Footwear
Footwear from outside is not permitted within the premises. We will be giving you slippers that you are welcome to use. You are free to bring your own house slippers to use inside the premises.
Service Hours
All services are closed from 8:30 p.m. in the evening till 8 a.m. in the morning. Please note that the housekeepers may carry on their routine maintenance work between these times but are NOT available for guest services.
Furniture
Please note that the furniture in the house cannot be moved from their respective locations and must be used where they are located. You may not move furniture from one location to another.
Pets
The space is not pet friendly and you may not bring pets of any kind into the premises.
Laundry
Please note that laundry services are not available to guests for the time being and are only meant for items of the house.
Terrace area
Guests are not permitted in the terrace area. It is for staff use only.
Property Damage
Guests are billed for any damage incurred during their stay.

Respect our peaceful environment. Seek permission for events and ensure only registered guests access the property.
All common areas in the home are designated as non-smoking zones. You are welcome to smoke on your private balconies but not inside the rooms themselves.
