Meal Timings : Order meals 4 hours in advance. Breakfast (8-10 am), lunch (1-3 pm), dinner (7-8:30 pm).
Footwear Policy : No outdoor footwear inside. We provide Slippers or kindly bring your own house slippers.
Terrace Area : Staff-only; guests not permitted.
Parking : We have only two basement parking spaces available. If they are occupied, our homestay caretaker will assist you in parking safely on the street in front of the house.
Cancellation Policy : 50% fee within 30 days; non-refundable within 15 days of reservation start.

Payment Policy : We appreciate your kind understanding that reservations are confirmed upon 100% advance payment. You can conveniently make your payment using Google Pay, and the UPI ID or bank account details will be shared during the booking process.
Service Hours : Services closed 8:30 pm - 8 am. Housekeepers are unavailable for guest services during this time.
Furniture Guidelines : Furniture must stay in place; no relocation.
Child Safety : Responsibility for children's safety lies with guests, not the owners or housekeepers.
Respectful Behavior : Be considerate of fellow guests; avoid disturbing others.

No Smoking in Common Areas : All common areas in the home are designated as non-smoking zones. You are welcome to smoke on your private balconies but not inside the rooms themselves.
Additional Guest Policy : Extra guest (5+) at Rs. 1000/night.
No Pets : Pets are not allowed on the premises.
No Parties : Events require caretaker's explicit permission.
